We offer a software service for whole lifecycle costing which means you subscribe to our software over the web, you never need to install software and you access our service via your internet browser. Most installed facilities management and asset management software is installed on your PC and you pay per user. We offer a unique unlimited user based pricing model.
Scale our service to your needs
We have an asset based pricing model that encourages collaboration. You don’t pay by the user, you pay for the size, scale and the expenditure on the assets managed with kykloud software. This is risk and value based pricing – invite as many users as you want, whenever you want.
To reduce your risk, you can start with a ‘Single project’, move to a ‘Multi-site framework’ and the step up to a ‘Portfolio wide enterprise’ deal (across your whole business).
Features and fee options to suit your use
We offer three service levels - Standard, Professional and Professional Mobile - to meet the needs of Asset Managers, SME’s and Corporate Enterprises alike. We offer contract terms from one year upwards and the longer you sign up for, the lower the annual fee. With an annual contract, you have the option to pay monthly. To get you started there will be an option to take training and data implementation advice. You can upgrade any time.
